Shipping
Shipping is free worldwide.
Originals could take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched. Some paintings take a little longer to dry in which case you will be notified via e-mail.
Prints could take up to 1.5 weeks to be dispatched as they need to be ordered and then shipped out.
Australia wide shipping may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Worldwide shipping times may vary depending on destination
All artwork is professionally packaged to ensure its safe arrival.
A4 and A3 prints will come packaged in a rigid envelope
A2 and A1 prints will be transported in a tube to ensure its safety while travelling.
Returns
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind due to the sensitive nature of transporting artwork
All packages are skillfully packaged to ensure safe arrival, although if by chance there is a damaged parcel we wish to be notified within 48 hours of you receiving it. We do require some photo evidence so we can access the damage and come to a suitable agreement.
Originals
We take great care in protecting the painting to ensure its safe arrival.
If your Original painting has been damaged while being transported to you we can assess the damage and work with you to have it replaced.
Prints
If prints are damaged we will give you an identicle replacement.
Artwork in photos are not to scale. Do take care to check the dimensions of the artwork prior to purchasing the artwork.
